What type of job can I land with experience as an Insurance Field Manager?

Basically what I do is oversee our staff who perform insurance field inspections/appraisals. I set the territories, hire people, monitor the volume of work, perform quality control, etc.

What type of job will these transfer to and/or what type of employer would like someone in a position like me?

Sales manager in any sort of field. They are all roughly comparable.
