What job can a college student apply for in the medical field?

I'm in my sophomore year of college and trying to find a job in the hospital. I do not have much experience in the hospital field, though I am studying to be a nurse. I'm doing my basics right now....I Know a lot of jobs prefer degree/certificate. I was told that a technician job is a possibility, such as a monitor tech. Are there any specific jobs I can apply for in the medical field being a college student with not much experience? THANKS!

Hi Veronica, try becoming a nursing assistant first or phlebotomist and after about a 3 month course on any of these 2, you can get a job at any local hospital...

GL!

CERTAINLY!!..look for medical receptionist jobs. I am too a student for nursing, the administration portion of a medical receptionist really helps in the long run after you recieve your degree, and the experience is very helpful being in the medical environment as well. MD, pt, chiropractors often hire college students with an interest in the medical field for the future. Hope this helps!
