You can become a PT technician/aide without any previous training or experience. Many future PTs are employed as techs before going to grad school. It doesn't pay much, but is a good experience.
Start with the HR department at your local hospital.
You could be a secretary. To do any sort of patient care you generally need some sort of training. You may be able to be hired off the street to be a physical therapy aide. You may also be able to find a short program for this. Check out this site for more information: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos167.htm
There are certified nurses aide programs that could get you a job in PT. You could definately work in a in a nursing home where you would be exposed to care plans and different conditions as well as walking people. This may help you get a job as a physical therapy aide. The training can take around 6 weeks.
