How do you turn down a job offer? How do you request a set schedule at a new job?

Hello, I have recently been offred a job. I was upfront and said I was looking other places. The job I was offered has great benefits but not enough hours, less than 30 (when I want full time) and leaves room to find another job to work in addition to this one. How do I tell the new job I'd like a set schedule so I can work another job around it.

Ask what your options might be.

Let them know how you feel(professionally), how many hours you would like to work,etc. if they are unable to give those/compromise move on. you don't want to except a position w/a company that you aren't happy to be working for/with.
