What is a best job title for beginner manager?

I need a good and professional job title for me. I am a beginner in business. I want to be a manager or in management. I just got my AA in Business. I need a job title? Do you have any suggestions?

Usually people will call as General Manager for a business starter.

For more good and professional job title will be Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

You may consider Operation Manager or Managing Director as well.
